320EAST is a German technology company based in the center of the Karlsruhe technology region. We develop and operate our IoT platform as a SaaS solution with our own hardware.

Our mission is to bootstrap the Service 4.0 industry.

Due to the daily increasing lack of personnel, the quality of services changes to the negative. They come to a standstill or are not offered at all. Our platform of hardware and services provides a broad technical and operational foundation for service providers (our customers) worldwide.

We not only provide a measurable way out of the service dilemma, but also create new business opportunities for service providers.

SERVICE 4.0 – “Industry 4.0” for service providers

Digital transformation with Service 4.0 will eliminate problems triggered by staff shortages. The way to get there is through technical equipment and smart service built on it.

In addition, Service 4.0 is already enabling completely new service offerings. These have already been successfully launched on the market through our one-stop IoT SaaS. Such offerings, many of which were abandoned in the past due to a lack of personnel or were no longer profitable due to personnel costs, are also being sold again.

Service 4.0 also provides reliable data for the first time, enabling us to constantly optimize service quality in a targeted manner through the further development of our One-Stop IoT SaaS.

4th Generation IoT.

Service 4.0 requires 4th generation IoT hardware.

IoT – the Internet of Things, stands for digital solutions that can be built and operated not only with standard hardware like tablet or smartphone.

That’s why 320EAST – unlike most other companies – stands out with our own One-Stop IoT SaaS technology: Because we deliver, completely from our own hand, a combination consisting of the self-developed and produced IoT hardware (the “things”, cf. IoT) and the own software with service operation (SaaS).

The IoT hardware, which has already been used 1000 times and is protected, is certified for international operation and consists of sensors, switches (actuators) with the latest battery-powered wireless technology and cameras that specialize in acoustic input and output in addition to optics.

320EAST extends IoT with locally installed AI software on a specially developed gateway (hardware), for the particularly secure and future-oriented 4th generation edge computing. This retrieves intelligently filtered data using the trashlevel method via cloud services and mobile applications previously collected by IoT hardware.

Our trashlevel method limits the accumulation of user data in the cloud, which is often misused or resold.
