In the past, it was possible to design a service offering with people who had an eye for real estate on site. In the meantime, these people are missing and thus these services are difficult, very expensive or even impossible to provide in the traditional way. INTRA Technologies has also recognized this problem.
That is why our customer INTRA Technologies is now focusing on the possibility of offering a Service 4.0 with One-Stop-IoT-SaaS, which brings back this service in a completely new way. The customer is intelligently integrated into the service and an on-site inspection is replaced by the technical possibilities of One-Stop-IoT-SaaS. At the same time, a novel way of sending an “alert” to a whole group of recipients is created, which can then include the service provider itself, but does not have to.
INTRA Technologies successfully markets this line of business as HomeOK365 in 3 countries (UK, Australia and Japan). The ratings speak for themselves.

The CompanyOK product line from 320EAST is a versatile and adaptable solution for companies that do not want to take any risk of disruption.
Disruptions in the company often occur due to forgotten windows and doors after work. The consequences range from annoying damages to very expensive business interruptions, which often cannot be insured.
In order to be able to offer universal precautions for different risks, our sophisticated Service 4.0 technology is used. This is because CompanyOK can collect selected information in a targeted manner with sensors and cameras while complying with DSGVO regulations, evaluate it intelligently and delete the non-relevant parts before they are transferred to central servers and stored there. This new form of data processing (edge computing with sensors) already reduces the risk of data misuse by more than 90% in many areas of application. Data security with Service 4.0 is thus a core function of the service developed and operated in Germany.
If any disruptions are imminent, CompanyOK triggers an alarm that is sent to freely selectable end devices, 24/7. This is an intelligent alarm, which means that it also includes all the details of the sensors and cameras that are required to assess the situation.
There are only a few spatial limits for the application area of CompanyOK, due to the hardware being certified for indoor and outdoor use and being very easy to handle. The same applies to the area of application in different industries. CompanyOK is particularly suitable for owner-managed and medium-sized companies that want to enter the field of prevention without any technical effort.

The AllOK product line from 320EAST has set itself the goal of offering an immediately usable solution (Service 4.0) for these industries, so that service areas that can no longer be looked after, or not well looked after, due to a lack of personnel, receive an active involvement of the customer or guest. This gives the customer or guest a way to actively draw attention to themselves or to service needs in general.

With AllOK, the service button is the central interface between the one-stop IoT SaaS and the customer or guest. This especially shows the strength of 320EAST as a manufacturer of its own hardware, which is adapted to the specific requirements and where the simplicity of use for everyone is the main focus. For people of all ages as well as for people with handicaps (e.g. physical or linguistic limitations). In addition, the hardware is completely language-independent, making it suitable for an international user audience without restrictions.
The hardware is designed for indoor and outdoor use. Battery runtimes of several months and an unrestricted radio range with available mobile connectivity are a special feature, as is the ability to be used indoors and outdoors.
When the customer or guest presses the button, tasks are generated and notifications are sent to the connected output devices (e.g. in the catering industry to the central cash register system, to mobile terminals or headsets of the service staff or to the supplied terminal for central task monitoring), which also include positioning. Repeated pressing leads to warning messages that represent the individual urgency. This enables a completely new type of modern personnel deployment planning in “service on demand”. This is because priorities will be visible in service in the future thanks to AllOK’s heat-map invention.
Since neither a power supply nor cabling is required for data transfer, this service button can be used flexibly anywhere. Due to its technical design, the solution can be used in all industries and thus has impressive international marketing potential.
